Domestic Shipping (India)
All physical products ship across India at no additional charge. The MRP listed on our website is inclusive of shipping costs — there are no hidden fees at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship select products internationally. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or any additional levies imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. HSC is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns & Refunds
As a curatorial and research-led house, all sales are considered final. HSC does not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@hirumchi.com within 3 working days of delivery. Kindly include your order details and clear photographs of the damage, and our team will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Claims raised after 3 working days from the date of delivery may not be considered.
